Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VectorSign, an electronic signature platform operated by VectorViewer ("VectorSign," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using VectorSign, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Organization owners are responsible for the members they invite to their organization account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VectorSign to:

  • Send documents you don't have the right to send, or forge another person's signature
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications

3. Plans, billing & limits

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly document allowance and, for organization (Business) accounts, a maximum number of members, as described on our Pricing page. We may change plan pricing or limits with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents you upload or generate. You grant VectorSign a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the service — for example, delivering a document to the recipients you specify.

5. Electronic signatures

VectorSign is designed to facilitate electronic signatures consistent with the U.S. ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS Regulation. You are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is appropriate and legally sufficient for your specific document and use case; VectorSign does not provide legal advice.

6. Termination

You may stop using VectorSign at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including for non-payment or misuse of the service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

VectorSign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorSign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated where required by law.
