Any member of a Business plan organization can create a template. Once created, it's visible to every teammate immediately.
Who can edit or delete an organization's template?
The person who created it, or the organization's owner. Other members can use the template but not modify it.
Does AI drafting cost extra?
AI document drafting is included on the Pro and Business plans.
Can I edit a VectorSign-provided template?
Global templates provided by VectorSign are read-only starting points — use one to create your envelope, then edit the content freely before sending. To keep a permanently editable, reusable version, save your own copy as an organization template.
