How are referrals tracked?+
When someone clicks your link and agrees to partner cookies on vectorsign.io, we remember your referral for 90 days. If they go straight to sign-up from that visit, you’re credited even without the cookie. If someone clicks more than one partner’s link, the last click before they first pay wins.
Do I earn when someone signs up for free?+
Free accounts don’t pay commission, but if they upgrade to a paid plan within the referral window, you earn 30% of their payments for 12 months from their first payment.
When and how do I get paid?+
Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment (to allow for refunds). We pay monthly by PayPal or Wise once your balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll over.
Do lifetime deals count?+
No. Lifetime deals sold on marketplaces such as AppSumo, and complimentary plans, are excluded.
Can I run ads?+
Yes, with clear disclosure — but don’t bid on “VectorSign” or similar brand terms, and don’t use our name in domains, social handles or ad copy that suggests you are VectorSign.
How do I see my results?+
Email partners@vectorviewer.com at any time for a statement of your referrals, earnings and payouts. A self-service partner dashboard is on our roadmap.
Does it cost anything to join?+
No. Joining is free, and there are no targets or minimum sales.
Partner Program Terms

1. Joining
The VectorSign Partner Program (“Program”) is run by VectorViewer, LLC (“we”, “us”) and is open by application. We may accept or decline any application. By applying you agree to these Program Terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Referrals
A referral is a new customer who first visits through your referral link and first pays for a VectorSign subscription within 90 days of their last click on it. If several partners referred the same customer, the last click before their first payment counts. Existing customers, your own accounts and accounts you control, and customers who reach us through another channel that we have agreed to pay are not referrals.
3. Commission
You earn 30% of the subscription payments we actually receive from each referral during the 12 months after their first payment, excluding taxes and processing fees. No commission is paid on lifetime deals or other marketplace purchases, complimentary or promotional plans, or payments that are refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent; commission already paid on such payments may be deducted from future payouts.
4. Payouts
Commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it is based on. We pay monthly by PayPal or Wise once your payable balance is at least US$50. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission, and we may ask for tax information (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying.
5. How you may promote VectorSign
Promote VectorSign honestly. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by law (such as the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides). Do not: send spam or unsolicited messages; make false or misleading claims, including about prices, features, legal effect or discounts; bid on “VectorSign” or confusingly similar terms in search or social ads; use our name or logo in domains, handles or ads in a way that suggests you are VectorSign; use cookie stuffing, forced or incentivized clicks, or sign up on behalf of others; or promote VectorSign on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content. You may use our name and logo only as we provide them, and only to promote VectorSign.
6. Ending participation
Either of us may end your participation at any time. We may suspend or remove partners, and withhold unpaid commission, for breach of these Program Terms or for fraud. Otherwise, valid commission earned before the end will be paid under these terms.
7. Changes
We may change the Program, including commission rates, by updating these terms. Changes apply from 30 days after we post them or email you, and do not reduce commission already earned.
8. General
You take part as an independent contractor; nothing here creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Program is limited to the commission payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. The governing law and dispute terms in our Terms of Service apply.
